How to report an infringement and what happens after you do.
Updated 19 August 2026
In short
tivigo. provides access to streams supplied by third parties. We do not host the content ourselves and keep no copies.
If you own rights, or act for someone who does, and believe material here infringes them, write to abuse@smotret-tv.org. We review reports within three working days.
The procedure follows the notice and takedown regime that applies to the operator: [notice and takedown regime].
What a report must contain
Without these we cannot act on it, so please check the list before sending.
- a signature of the rights holder or a person authorised to act for them
- identification of the work whose rights are infringed
- the exact link to the page or channel carrying the material
- your contact details: name, address, telephone, email
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act
What we do
We review the report and, where it is well founded, restrict access to the material and notify the upstream supplier.
We keep the report and our decision so repeat reports are handled consistently.
Counter notice
If access was restricted in error, the supplier or the user may send a counter notice to the same address.
A counter notice needs: identification of the material, why the restriction is mistaken, contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and suppliers that attract repeated reports are disconnected.
That applies regardless of volume or commercial importance.
